Mid-November, sites received the first document: the QI data to help with your 2021 QII project choice.
Once you have your account setup, you will login to to access your sites folder. If you already have a DropBox account with a different email address and refer to use that, please let us know. Your invitation to the shared folder will be sent to the email that OBI has on file for you and this is the email you will use to setup your free account. Please note this email is generated from DropBox and the subject line is "Leslie Bordine shared OBI: your hospital with you". In early December 2020, each multidisciplinary team member received an e-mail invitation to their shared hospital folder. Similar to our process for granting access to the OBI Workstation, the CC team will work with your site to maintain eligibility for folder access. Only OBI CC team staff and the multidisciplinary team members from your site that are in our contact list will have access to your folder. DropBox is a HIPAA compliant platform which we will use to share OBI related files between the CC team and your hospital OBI multidisciplinary team. In an effort to improve communication between the OBI Coordinating Center (CC) team and our hospital sites, we are using a secure, cloud-based file storage platform called DropBox.
